"I have worked with Jude for a number of years and she has always been a very enthusiastic teacher who is dedicated to making sure children, and adults, get the best possible musical experiences. Jude's knowledge of a wide range of musical instruments meant that our First Access delivery was of very high quality and the children always thoroughly enjoyed her sessions. Staff involved in these sessions always looked forward to their weekly 'hands-on' CPD and came away with new activities to try with the children! Jude inspired confidence in our school's staff and many now deliver whole-class instrumental lessons based on what they have learnt from her.
Jude is very approachable and supportive; when I wanted to reshape our music curriculum, she made time to meet with me and we worked together to create the 'Around the World' experience that the children in our school still have today. To enhance this experience, Jude led an INSET session teaching school staff how to play the Gamelan. There was a range of musical expertise within this session and Jude made everyone feel at ease; it was such a fun experience!"
